The place was SPECIAL and ideal and the staff were hard-working, the location was wonderful on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed cereal, fruit, and hot waffles the hotel served.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The entertainment team provided great activities for both children and adults. The variety of food options was excellent, with special themed nights that were particularly enjoyable. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to nearby attractions.

Although the kids club was well-equipped and had plenty of entertainment for children, there was a lack of activities for older kids. More options for entertainment during the day and night would be beneficial.

The location was amazing for Side, near the photographer as well as the al la carte fish restaurant on the beach, a truly wonderful evening, amazing food and wonderful location. It also was to the downtown area of Side. Choose family villa with showers.

The staff at the hotel were professional, always smiling and helpful, even during busy times. The hotel facilities were superb, with plenty of green areas and trees to provide relief from the hot Turkish weather. The food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were plentiful and catered to both kids and adults. The cleanliness of the rooms, restaurants, and pool area was top-notch. The animation team, especially Hamza, Zak, Fun da, Fatih. The spa was fabulous, offering a variety of treatments, and special thanks to Hussayin for his kindness and professionalism.

Good food and drinks, as the hotel offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes. There were plenty of sun loungers available by the pool and the mini disco in the evenings was great fun for kids. The location was ideal as it was close to a few local shops and restaurants.

The hotel was noisy and overcrowded, with too many people crammed into small spaces leading to long queues for food and drinks. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, making it a struggle to get anything done.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolutely luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities provided by this venue were exactly what we needed to unwind and relax. The staff were attentive and catered to our every need. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers available. We appreciated the fine dining at the restaurant, which offered a range of special diet menus. The spa centre was a highlight, offering indulgent beauty treatments and massages. The location was ideal, with beach access only a short walk away.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the poolside snack bar had limited options and it was difficult to find vegetarian options. However, this did not detract from an otherwise flawless experience at this hotel.
